Nikolai Okhlopkov was created on, may 15, 1900, in Irkutsk, Russia. He researched performing at Soviet Condition Experimental Workshops. From 1923 – 1930 Okhlopkov was person in the troupe in the Theater of Vsevolod Meyerhold in Moscow. From 1937 – 1943 he was a long term person in the troupe at Vakhtangov Theater in Moscow. There his stage companions were such stars as Ruben Simonov, Boris Zakhava, Mikhail Astangov, Vladimir Etush, Varvara Popova, Yuliya Borisova, Andrei Abrikosov, Grigori Abrikosov, Boris Babochkin, and Aleksandr Grave, amongst others. In 1924 he produced his film debut in the silent film Banda batki Knysha (1924) by director Aleksandr Razumnyj. He shot to popularity and was granted the Stalin’s Reward for his tasks as Vasili in the 1930s propaganda franchise Lenin in Oct (1937) and Lenin in 1918 (1939) both movies by movie director Mikhail Romm. He was also energetic as film article writer and director, aswell as theatrical movie director in Leningrad, and opera movie director on the Bolshoi Theater in Moscow. Nikolai Okhlopkov was the Vice-Minister of Lifestyle from the Soviet Union (1955 – 1957). He was specified People’s Actor from the USSR (1948), and was honored the State Award from the USSR five situations (1941, 1947, 1949, and double in 1951). Nikolai Okhlopkov passed away of a center failing on January 8, 1967, in Moscow, Russia, Soviet Union, and was laid to rest in the Novodevichy Cemetery in Moscow, Russia.
