Described with the grandson of Lew Fields (Weber & Fields) as “perhaps one of the most amusing men on vaudeville stage”, Billy B. Truck was a skilled and long journeyed professional, comedian, dancer, and vocalist/songwriter both in the vaudeville and reputable levels, who, for over thirty years, both by itself, and appearing using the Beaumont Sisters (Rose and Nellie – he was wedded to Nellie) so that as Truck & Corbett (previous heavyweight champion Adam J. Corbett) was perfectly known to movie theater viewers. After retiring in the stage in the 1920s, he was the Leader of the brand new York City structured Pine Tree Items Company – producers of cleaning soap and other washing items, and was afterwards elected Mayor of the city of Newport, New Hampshire.
