After graduating with honors from film school, THE INSTITUTION of Talk from Northwestern College or university (BS 1974), Neil shifted to Hollywood and shortly installed with cinematographer Bob Maxwell and Ken Gibb, script supervisor and makeup artist, and Nora Maxwell, makeup artist, of Cineworks, INC., audio stage and devices rental business. Cineworks also place crew packages jointly, and shot movies and advertisements for other creation businesses. Within five a few months, Neil became somebody in Cineworks at age 22. He previously already offered as sound associate on Like, Lust, and Assault (1974), production supervisor on THE ONLY PATH to Spy (1974), and he aimed the brief film, THE HEAT of Our Contact, starring Richard Basehart, for No Pet Population Development, which premiered at LA Town Hall for Mayor Tom Bradley as well as the LA college board.
