Joseph Cotten, II was raised in Vienna, Virginia – the suburbs of Washington, D.C. where his dad was a civil engineer for the government. Joe may be the nephew from the acting professional Joseph Cotten. He finished his Associates level at Santa Monica University and researched digital computer animation at UCLA, Silicon Studio room (Santa Monica), as well as the Gnomon School. Joe started his digital artwork profession in 1989 doing work for The Voyager Business (Santa Monica) like a creation artist and developer for The Criterion Collection video clips.
