William Kernen was created in Boise, Idaho on August 1, 1948. He was raised within the Pacific Northwest, relocated with his family members to California in 1960 and spent another 35 years surviving in Southern California. After majoring in Mindset in the University or college of Redlands from 1966-1970, he graduated cum laude, was Student-Athlete of the entire year and immediately authorized a professional football contract using the Baltimore Orioles.
