She was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Celebrity on her behalf performance in Tom Jones in 1963 and appeared in THE 3RD Secret the next year but she allowed her film career to decrease following her marriage to actor Sean Connery, the next of her three husbands, to whom she was married from 1962-1973. That they had one child, the acting professional Jason Connery. She also experienced a child, Giovanna, with her 1st husband.
