Greg Romero is a article writer, performer, and dramaturg, originally from Louisiana. Presently located in Philadelphia, his functions have been created off-off Broadway by Town Attic Theater, and Operating Man’s Clothing Productions, and in the united states by Salvage Vanguard Theatre, Rude Mechanicals Theater Collective, Theater IN MY OWN Basement, Particular Gravity Ensemble, Small Fish Theatre, Town Theater Organization, Gobotrick Theatre Organization, and Audacity Productions. Romero’s full-length play, The Shelter, was selected like a semi-finalist for the 2003 Country wide Playwright’s Conference in the Eugene O’Neill Theatre Middle and his ten-minute play, Two Bubbles, was a finalist for the 2004 Heideman Honor given by Stars Theatre of Louisville. Romero continues to be commissioned from the Cardboard Package Collaborative (Philadelphia), and Austin Script Functions, and is an associate from the Playwrights’ Middle of Minneapolis, Literary Managers and Dramaturgs from the Americas, as well as the Dramatists Guild of America. Romero received a BA from your Louisiana Scholars University and an MFA in Playwriting from your University or college of Texas-Austin where he held the Adam A. Michener Fellowship.
