Susan studied performing in the Webber Douglas College of Dramatic Artwork and worked like a singer and dancer prior to going into rep at Edinburgh, Newcastle, Bristol Aged Vic as well as the Mermaid Theater in London. Susan made an appearance in the film, Possessing a Crazy Weekend (1965), and acted on tv in such programs as Bruno (1967), Family members (1968) and Taking a Track (1965), before getting popularity as “Miss Diane Parker” in Crossroads (1964), a job she performed from 1965 until 1987. During her profession, she’s acted in stage productions of “Dick whittington” and “Cinderella”. In her leisure time, Susan loves collecting Victorian dolls, home design and exploring. She was wedded to vocalist Carl Wayne, previously from the Move, for 30 years. The few had a kid called Jack.
