Larry Sugar offers enjoyed an effective 35 year profession in the film business, focusing on the international licensing, advertising and distribution of feature movies for such media giants while Warner Bros., 20th Hundred years Fox, Lorimar, CBS and Republic Photos. After getting his law level from USC College of Legislation in 1971, he started his profession with Warner Bros., where, mainly because Movie director of Legal & Corporate and business Affairs for the International Department, he oversaw the planning of worldwide licensing for movies, as well mainly because joint venture contracts with 20th Century-Fox and Columbia Photos. He has, since 1993, been producing and composing. In 1994 he created, published or co-wrote three features in colaboration with Showtime within some movies which he produced. Among the movies that he published and created was “Robin of Locksley” which, on airing, was the best rated of most of Showtime’s family members movies. To day, Larry has created seven classics in his family members film series. In 1997 and 1998, he created “Deceased Man’s Weapon,” the critically acclaimed Traditional western anthology series for Showtime, MGM and Serenity Arch Entertainment. He created the technology fiction series entitled “Initial Wave” in colaboration with Francis Ford Coppola’s Zoetrope and Pearson International and which shown on SciFi Network in america. He also created the series “Simply Offer” for NBC. Furthermore to directing many shows of “Deceased Man’s Weapon” and “Initial Influx”, Larry also created and aimed the acclaimed “Therefore Strange” for Disney Route and created “Out of your time” and “Mermaid”, two extra family movies for Showtime. Recently, he produced and directed 22 shows of the tv screen food preparation series “Barely Food preparation” together with Town Television and completed 3 seasons from the one-hour dramatic series entitled “The Collector,” for CHUM/Space. He in addition has completed another period of “Romeo”, a ½ hr tv series for Nickelodeon in colaboration with Tom Lynch Business aswell as “Magic formula Central,” a mini-series for Hasbro. Sugar continues to be an adjunct teacher at the faculty of Santa Fe for days gone by a long time where he taught a training course entitled, “THE BUSINESS ENTERPRISE of Entertainment”.
