Mandel offers completed the graduate film plan at NY University’s Tisch College from the Arts. His trip to NYU was an extended one. After senior high school, Mandel went to Florida A & M’s College of Business and Sector. But after his freshman season, he was compelled to leave because of monetaray hardship. He proved helpful being a handyman and pumped gas before signing up for the Military in 1986. There, he recognized himself and was honored seven program medals and commendations, aswell as learning to be a U.S. Paratrooper during his 2 yrs in the 6th Ranger Teaching Battalion before his Honorable Release in Oct, 1988. Mandel after that returned to NY and started are a Paralegal at regulations company of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy with programs of becoming a lawyer. He resumed his education at Fordham University or college like a full-time college student, while keeping his full-time work. In his older year, Mandel made the decision against a legal profession and instead investigated learning to be a filmmaker. IN-MAY, 1992, Mandel graduated having a B.A. in U.S. Background, a in African-American Research, and a 3.0 GPA. Upon graduation, he devised an idea to visit NYU film college and make his first feature film in his third educational year. He continuing working and required nonmatriculated writing programs before placing his strategy into effect. The program led to the feature film _Additional Sibling, The (2001)_, (previously titled “Tears OF THE Clown”).
