Vladimir was created in Hamilton, Ontario and lives in Toronto, Canada. He’s a graduate from the Etobicoke College for the Performing Arts as well as the Ryerson Theatre College. Vladimir may be the artistic movie director of Zocalo Toronto – the stage creation firm he founded in 2006. Beneath the Zocalo Toronto umbrella, Vladimir provides written and created three stage displays: “Samkon and Francis FROLIC IN THE WATER”, “The Weeping Salsa” and “Flin Flonning”. Vladimir starred in the premiere productions from the Weeping Salsa (2009) – a dance-drama cross types – and Flin Flonning (2007). He aimed the first creation of Samkon and Francis FROLIC IN THE WATER (2012) on the Tarragon theater in Toronto. Vladimir is a self-taught musician and composer. He has guitar, drums and it is currently acquiring formal lessons for the trumpet.
