Thomas Aigelsreiter was created 1972 in Vienna. Since 1990, after his graduation in the Masters-Class for GraphicDesign, he continues to be working beneath the alias “Auge”, German for “eyes”. His nick name captured on during his early years as an illustrator for comic whitening strips, newspapers, and periodicals. Auge spent some time working with a few of the most esteemed advertising organizations in German-speaking European countries and their worldwide clients. He made the comic reserve personality of Roy Klein, who being a detective, adventurer, playboy, and general hero, combats the conspiracies from the occult underworld. In the middle nineties he collaborated with Sieger-Design in Germany because of their customer, the porcelain and cup producer – Ritzenhoff. His exclusive style was highlighted on several products including dairy, beverage and shot eyeglasses, ashtrays, vases, sugar-sprinklers, snowboards and a good garden-dwarf.
