Soraya Esfandiary, second wife of Shah Mohammed Reza Pahlavi, played in two movies: an Italian film slice in three parts directed by Michelangelo Antonioni called We tre volti (1965) (“3 Faces of a female”), and She (1965) Both movies were shot a couple of years after Soraya (who couldn’t have kids) as well as the Shah had divorced.
