Mini Biography

Rachel Tolboys was created in 1990 in Leeds. In 1993 she started playing Alice Bates in ITV’s Emmerdale, changing Kimberley Hewitt. In the summertime of 1999, Rachel made a decision to keep Emmerdale so the personality of Alice was created from the series in November. In 2001, Rachel was asked back again to Emmerdale for a tale which would observe Alice’s aunt Kathy keep the display. Rachel came back for a couple weeks and produced her last ever appearance on Emmerdale on 12th Dec 2001. Since leaving Emmerdale, Rachel centered on dancing and has already established many roles. She’s worked overseas, including showing up in the parades at Disneyland Paris for a number of months. She went to Ralph Thorseby SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL in Leeds until 2007 and in addition attended Center Stage Academy of Performing Arts, also in Leeds.
