Richard Waugh was created the youngest of seven in London, Ontario, Canada. At age fifteen, he founded a children’s theater business in London’s Storybook Landscapes that lasted many years history his directorship. In the middle of teaching at Ryerson theater college in Toronto, he was selected to become listed on the Shaw Festival Theater Business, where he remained for six months. Currently he’s considered among the top voice stars in Canadian marketing while keeping his tv, film and stage professions.
