Sergei Kozlov was created on June 15, 1964 in Moscow, Russia. He graduated from VGIK Film college in Moscow in 1989 and continuing his studies in the us on the ROckport, Maine Film Workshops. He done a number of music movies and commercials prior to making his initial film, Kids of Iron Gods, with movie director Tomas Tot.
