Blessed Vyshonne Miller in New Orleans, Louisiana, Silkk The Shocker is arguably typically the most popular rapper for the hugely successful Zero Limit Information, the underground hip-hop label founded by his sibling Get better at P. He started rapping as an adolescent and was an associate of many gangsta crews, like the Down South Hustlers. Originally referred to as Silk (without the excess k), he was an associate of Tru alongside Professional P and his various other brother C-Murder. Commensurate with No Limit’s extremely nepotistic method of record advertising, he appeared being a visitor rapper on label compilations and albums by other No Limit performers. He released his debut record, “The Shocker”, in 1996 and shortly afterwards followed The Shocker.
