Julian Burroughs was an actor who appeared in two Andy Warhol movies, “The Nude Cafe” (1967) and “Lonesome Cowboys” (1969). Given birth to Julian Burroughs, he required the name Julian Burroughs to backup his fake assertion that he was the child of Beat article writer William S. Burroughs, (In true to life, William S. Burroughs experienced one child, William S. Burroughs Jr., who was simply also a article writer.) Dungan also took the name Julian Burroughs while he was an Military deserter who appeared while an anti-war activist in “The Nude Cafe.” After nine weeks of military teaching, Dungan had opted Absent Without keep (AWOL) in June 1967. Under his true name, he appeared in the feature film “Goodbye Pork Pie” (1981) and in the tv screen mini-series “The Harp in the South” (1987).
