Steven C. Miller was created in Decatur, Ga. His like for film started early when his dad bought him a VHS video surveillance camera. Miller began little with multiple music video clips and short movies. In 2005 Miller went to and graduated Total Sail University. In 2005, soon after graduating film college at Total Sail University or college, Steven moved from Florida to Hollywood where he and two good friends raised the amount of money to invest in his feature film debut. “Automaton Transfusion.” The no-budget cult trend (which Miller also published and edited) was shot in 9 times and experienced a spending budget of under 30k. In October 2007, “Automaton Transfusion” premiered in the “ScreamFest” horror festival in the Mann’s Chinese language Theater. It had been purchased and written by Dimension films. Over another many years, Steven was mounted on several studio movies including MGM’s remake of “Motel Hell,” Paramount Vantage’s “Ink” and “Area 52” that by no means materialized into actual movies. He learned this is of “advancement hell.” In 2011, Steven made a decision to go back to his origins, work beyond the studio room system and shot two self-employed low quality features: “BENEATH THE Bed” and “The Hostility Scale.” The Amblin-esque “BENEATH THE Bed” premiered in the 2012 Fantasia Film Festival and played film festivals around the world. “The Aggression Level” premiered to rave evaluations in the 2012 South By Southwest Film Event and was referred to as “Home Only” matches “Straw Canines” and was bought by Anchor Bay. In Apr of 2012 Miller began shooting the remake of “Silent Night time, Deadly Night time” starring Malcolm McDowell and Jaime Ruler. Anchor Bay is defined to spread in Dec 2012. In October 2013 Miller completed his 1st action thriller “Submerged”. The film was bought by IFC movies and has been released in theaters Nov 27th 2015. In 2015, Emmitt/Furla Movies and Grindstone Entertainment hired Miller to helm two Bruce Willis movies back to back again, Extraction and Marauders. Removal hits Theaters Dec 18th 2015.
