Julian were only available in Cincinnati, Ohio, inside a dance troupe called ‘FLEX’. His group received several dance contests locally, which got them acknowledged nationally. That brought him to NEW YORK, where he spent nine years as a recognised working professional in theater, indie films, advertisements and soaps. His education originated from performing instructor legends, Sanford Meisner and Bobby Lewis, aswell as Martin Barter on the famous Community Playhouse Theater. Starks spent 6 of these years in NEW YORK as a cell disk jockey to dietary supplement his acting profession. He also began his profession in the filmmaking aspect of the business enterprise by attending THE INSTITUTION of Visible Arts where he examined screenwriting and directing. Moving to LA in 1996 to help expand his acting job in film and tv, he examined with Larry Moss, Ivana Chubbuck and Aaron Speiser. He also continuing his filmmaking education at UCLA Extension’s training course for filmmaking where he examined screenwriting, directing and editing and enhancing. In 2002 he invested his innovative life full-time to filmmaking by searching for The LA Film College. His concentrations had been directing, screenwriting, making and editing. After directing three brief films that do the film celebration circuit, he also finished his initial full-length feature screenplay for the reason that intensive film plan. He recently completed his second feature script. In 2004 he formed Hollywood Filmmakers, a film production company.
