Chi was created in Phan Rang, Vietnam, to Chinese language parents. 3 years following the Fall of Saigon, two-year-old Chi and his family members escaped by sail boat to america. Upon their entrance, Chi and his family members were put into the Indian City Difference Refugee Camp where they truly became sponsored with the Jewish Group of America and transferred to Philadelphia, Pa. It had been there that Chi grew up along with his nine brothers and three sisters With the ninth quality, Chi knew that acting is at his blood, and he got into the SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL for the Creative and Performing Arts being a play main. He received a scholarship or grant for Pa Governor College for the Arts. At Temple School, he was a movie theater main but grew restless after twelve months and made a decision to accept a complete scholarship or grant from San Francisco’s esteemed American Conservatory Movie theater (A.C.T.). It had been unparalleled for an eighteen calendar year old to become accepted towards the Master’s plan there. Fluent in three dialects, Chi has gained many honors for his performing and directing.
