Having worked being a rostrum cameraman in animated motion pictures in the 1970s and 1980s, Julian Holdaway transformed careers and qualified like a helicopter pilot, often soaring on aerial filming careers. Unfortunately he was wiped out inside a helicopter crash on 14th November 1997 whilst soaring alone in inclement weather. He was 47.
