Expressing a pastime in cinema from and early age group the young Philip J. Roth articulated upon viewing his 1st film that he wished to “…inform photos with light…” and he later on achieved his desire. His first film was the made-for-television (however overlooked) classic Poor Trip (1988) which resulted in his additional hi-concept sci-fi romps like _A.P.E.X (1994)_ and Total Fact (1997) , both which have amazingly intricate and well-woven period travel storylines.
